  1. INNOX lotto may, at its discretion, impose limits on the number of times you can play a game, and/or the number of Plays You can buy, during a defined time period. Any limits imposed under this section 4.1 will be notified to you in an appropriate manner by INNOX lotto.
  2. You will also be able to set your own limits and exclusions on your spend and Plays through your Account. You are also permanently exclude Yourself, or temporarily exclude yourself for a fixed period of at least six months, from your account( and, therefore, from playing lotto, including buying plays with your account by contacting the Customer care team.
  3. If you think your limits haven’t been applied correctly, pls contact customer care immediately.
